When will Adobe Systems release Photoshop CS7?
May 6, 2013: Adobe has just announced at it’s annual MAX conference in Los Angeles that they will not be updating their Creative Suite line and will be expiring the name (i.e., no Photoshop CS7). Photoshop CS6 is the last perpetual version that will be sold from the Creative Suite line of software products. That means that to get the newest and latest features, you need to go exclusively through Creative Cloud which is only offered in a subscription. A benefit of being on the subscription is that you no longer need to pay for future upgrades because as long as your membership is active, all upgrades are are available to you at no additional cost.
